The “swarming with n*****rs” comment reminds me a bit of a firestorm the Japanese touched off back in the early 1990s. The Japanese were out competing the USA in trade and then test scores came out and the Japanese were beating American teens in math etc. A Japanese politician, I guess trying to console American leaders, pointed out low American test scores were actually much higher and much closer to the Japanese averages when you factored out all the black kids taking the tests.

Koreans may not be aware of the full impact of the word ni**er, but those that do use it fully intend the derision and scorn. Korean for the N-word is “kkam’doong’i” and it gets freely tossed around in all circles by people of all social and economic stations.
