Going down to Suncheon for 떡 갈비 would be a good idea. I have never had the goat variety, but I have been to this one place that is across the street from the city hall (Or some government building) whose renown has been heard as far as Gyeongsangnamdo. The pork dduck galbi there costs only 10,000 (when I was there) and you get a shit load of side dishes (about 20 including two dwenjjang soups, and if I remember correctly 비지 찌개.) The first time I went there the food was great, but the second was a bit disapointing, like the city of Suncheon. Appearently there is a traditional villiage somewhere in Suncheon, I've never been there, but from the pictures there were many 황토집.

Joe,
When you lit a cigar maybe you could do a "what are you smoking" segment or just fill us in. Kind of like the "what are you drinking segment". just a thought.
